Due to unforseen circumstances, we have cancelled your scheduled performance. We anticipate very high call volume for the next several days. To avoid waiting in the phone queue, simply fill out the form below to exchange your tickets. You will receive an email confirming your submission to the box office, and then another email within 48 hours letting you know we have processed your exchange.

Your new tickets will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. You should receive them within 7-10 business days. Enjoy the show!

Once the production closes, we will mail you a letter confirming that you have made a charitable donation to Hartford Stage for the value of your ticket(s).
